Privacy Policy

The Personal Information Protection Act was enacted on January 1, 2004 in British Columbia. The purpose of this Act is to govern the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by organizations in a manner that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.

The Nature Trust tracks only information required to perform its business as a non-profit organization, with a focus on accuracy and respect for the individual's privacy. You can be assured that we do not sell, trade or share any personal information with any other organization or business. Our information policies and procedures are designed to ensure our operation compiles with the law.

We contact our donors, conservation partners and business associates periodically throughout the year to keep you informed of our organization's activities and to make requests for support. If you do not wish to be contacted, please call our office to let us know how we can best serve you.
